HealthCare Partners is sponsoring regularly occurring breakfasts and lunches for the office staffs of HCP providers in all the counties we serve. By coming to an office staff breakfast or lunch, you will be able to provide valued feedback to us and to learn about the many ways in which HealthCare Partners is changing to increase practice revenues and reduce your administrative workload. For example:
- We are introducing HCP’s new Preferred Specialty Network of more than 5,000 specialists with no PCP referrals required and no prior authorizations for most in-office services.
- HCP’s new Real Time Response and Resolution Team provides access to a live person who can address a provider’s urgent needs 24/7.
- HCP contacts your patients to remind them to connect with their primary care physician for preventative measures, such as flu shots, annual wellness visits and quality gaps.
- In the coming months, a new provider portal will appear on the website that will allow you to conduct prior authorizations online.
