Enrolling in Electronic Funds Transfer
Providers interested in receiving their claims payments from HCP electronically can begin the enrollment process with Red Card online.
Prior to enrolling, providers should have the following information available:
- Provider’s name, address, and contact information
- TIN and NPI number
- Banking information for their financial institution including address
- Voided check or bank letter indicating the account to receive deposits electronically
Once the provider has the information listed above available, they should visit the Red Card enrollment website at: https://enroll.ach835.com/new
When prompted for the name of the payer, enter Heritage New York IPA.
