Enrolling in ePayment Solutions (EFT)

Providers interested in receiving their claims payments from HCP can enroll directly with Zelis Payments (formerly RedCard).

Prior to enrolling, providers should have the following information available:

  • Provider’s name, address, and contact information
  •  TIN and NPI number
  • Contact information for your business office (including email address)

Once the provider has the information listed above available, they should visit the enrollment website at:

After your initial registration, the provider will be directed to the secure online provider portal for the first time.  At this time you will be required to select a payment method, data delivery method and optional notification methods. The easy to follow enrollment tool will guide you through this process.

To enroll in direct deposit (VRA), you must confirm that you are authorized to set up credit/debit transactions for your practice’s bank account.

You will also need this additional information to join Zelis’ ePayment network:

  • Provider corporate name and principal information
  • Bank account routing transit number (RTN) or ABA Routing Number
