Track HCP Claims with EZ-Net

Once a claim has been submitted to HCP you can use EZ-Net to track the claim’s status from receipt to payment.

From the EZ-Net home page, Click “Main”, choose “Claims”, then “Inquiry” from the drop-down menu.

For detailed instructions showing you how to look up your claims, you can visit the EZ-Net Training Center and view the “Claims Inquiry” training video.

Need EZ-Net access?

It’s easy! Simply download, complete and return the Request for EZ-Net Access form.
